Women committed to community service

A new group ‘100 Women South Georgian Triangle’ held their inaugural meeting on September 27th at the Royal Canadian Legion. The goal is to bring together 100 (or more) women in South Georgian Triangle who care about local community causes and are committed to community service. Together they are looking to make a huge impact, be a part of something special, and make a real and lasting difference in our community. The concept involves 100 women (or more) contributing $100 four times a year, resulting in a community $40,000 richer at year end. Their next meetings are scheduled for: November 22/17, April 25/18 and June 27/18. Visit the website www.100womensouthgeorgiantriangle.com to learn more and join in this exciting endeavour!
