Books and beer

It was another unique food & drink event with acclaimed Chef and television host, Chef David Wolfman, along with his co-author and wife, Marlene Finn, at Creemore Springs Brewery on July 12th. They discussed their culinary journey, Indigenous culture, and new cookbook “Cooking with the Wolfman”. Chef David prepared Vanilla Salted Maple Duck Breast as an appetizer for people to sample with their Creemore Springs Beer.  Produced in association with Curiosity House Books and Gallery.
