Nicole started her career in music, graduating from the University of Toronto in music and then going on to get her Master’s Degree in violin at the Manhattan School of Music in New York City. Nicole played for the Toronto Symphony Orchestra and the Canadian Opera Company, then went on to tour with both the Montreal and Toronto Symphonies. After having her four children, she set her sights on custom home building and renovations, which naturally took her into Real Estate. Nicole is a native Torontonian but has spent a large part of her life watching her kids barrel down the slopes in ski races in the Collingwood area and developed a passion and understanding of the Southern Georgian Bay market equally as well.

After achieving her honours BSc in Physics and Chemistry at the University of Toronto, Linda travelled the world as a ski instructor and attended the Sorbonne in Paris to graduate with a Diploma in French Civilization and Language. Once home, Linda pursued a career in marketing, working with CTV, City TV, CKVR, Global TV, and, finally, with Corus and HGTV, where she curated partnerships between global brands and national programming. Linda’s father, Archie Kay, was a founding member of Craigleith Ski Club after immigrating to Canada from Scotland in the 1950s. As a result, Linda has grown up surrounded by the beauty of the Southern Georgian Bay area and, although a Toronto native, had always vowed to one day call it home.

After over twenty years of real estate, renovation, and custom home building for Nicole Zarry, and over two decades in marketing and teaching for Linda McClean, Nicole and Linda came together to found the ZarryMcClean Team at Chestnut Park in February 2019.

With Nicole’s extensive experience in building and Real Estate and Linda’s strong marketing background and way with people, they decided to form a unique and powerful partnership.

Their vision and value proposition focus on what should be most important to both buyers and sellers: to remove the transactional stress out of buying and/or selling your home and, as well as offer client consultation on decluttering, minor or major renovations, interior decorating, staging and other issues relating to home ownership and sales.  They are proud to work with an extensive list of contractors, painters, junk removers, cleaners, and gardeners to ensure a quick sale!

Linda loves to work on behalf of buyers and sellers in the Southern Georgian Bay area. Nicole works with her vast clientele of buyers and sellers in Toronto as well. Together, they create a seamless experience for people selling their homes in the city, be it to move up to the Southern Georgian Bay area, or simply continue living where they are in a new environment. They work closely with the corresponding buyers and sellers and associated agents to ensure that the process is easy, professional, and financially rewarding. All of the mundane administrative requirements are coordinated, such as closing terms and dates, moving days, and other financial cost considerations are managed to ensure a seamless transition and minimized incremental expenses.

The collective experiences of Nicole and Linda provide a rare perspective on all aspects of the buy and sell transaction, with an exceptional understanding of what truly is most important, and that is life after the closing for both buyers and sellers. Linda and Nicole believe that one’s home should be their sanctuary and the place to relax, unwind and feel safe.

Selling our home with Nicole and Linda was a breeze!  What we thought was going to be a daunting experience turned out to be seamless. Linda and Nicole swept in and advised us on what we needed to do to get it market ready, had it beautifully staged and had it sold in record time for over ask!  We can’t recommend Linda and Nicole more!”  – Greg Golds and Nancy Erwin
